You would thing the day in a life of Ryan Seacrest (@ryanseacrest) would be flying private jets and cavier. In reality he tries to live a more healthy and simpler life. He will wake up around 6am and after a shower and a shave will throw on a pair of sweats, a hoodie, and a T-shirt.
After a quick matcha tea and coffee he frequently would have an intense workout, enjoy a boxing session with his boxing coach, or use his Peloton bike. He knows that at his age, in order to maintain a long and successful career, his health is a priority.
The TV personality has learned from experience that he can only take on so much each day at certain amounts of time. This decision to organize his day allows him to focus more and ultimately accomplish more. He’s learned to be more self-disciplined and to put things into a more ordered schedule.
Radio show host Ryan Seacrest is mostly vegan and loves food in general. He works to eat well and drink well and slowing down and separating himself from his cell phone. He knows life can wait and “disconnecting” is a good thing.
His persona is to stay casual and make everything look easy. He knows how important that is for a successful entertainer, something he learned from Dick Clark, a legend he respects and emulates after.
